Problem Note 49092: The error "Could not Find a valid database" might occur when you unpack the SASĀ® Embedded Process file, tkindbsrv-9.33-1_lax.sh for Greenplum
When you are installing the SAS Embedded Process for Greenplum and you execute the tkindbsrv-9.33-n_lax.sh file at the UNIX prompt, you might encounter this error or something similar:
./InstallSASEPFiles.sh: line 94: psql: command not found
ERROR: could not find a valid database
The tkindbsrv-9.33-n_lax.sh file should unpack only this self-extracting archive file, but instead it runs the actual SAS Embedded Process installer, InstallSASEPFiles.sh, which causes the error.
Ignore the error and follow the rest of the documented instructions to run the SAS Embedded Process installer manually from a particular directory after the files are unpacked.
